Job Description
S:US, a disability services organization, is hiring Direct Support Professionals (DSPs) to provide habilitation and support to people with intellectual/developmental disabilities in a safe environment. This role offers flexible scheduling, union benefits, and a 10% internal promotion rate. The position involves providing services such as activities of daily living, medication administration, and ensuring nutritional needs are met.
Requirements
- Provide habilitation services to clients as prescribed in their service plans.
- Assist clients in skill development (activities of daily living, domestic living, recreation, socialization).
- Administer medication as directed.
- Ensure clients' nutritional needs are met.
- Report any observed/known deficiencies or facility problems.
