Job Description
S:US is hiring Direct Support Professionals (DSPs) to support individuals with intellectual/developmental disabilities in their home. This role offers flexible scheduling, a union benefits package, and internal promotion opportunities. The position involves habilitation services, skill development assistance, medication administration, and reporting facility issues.
Requirements
- Provide habilitation services to each client.
- Assist clients in skill development.
- Administer medication and ensure nutritional needs are met.
- Report facility and personal safety concerns.
- HS Diploma or GED required, Associates Degree preferred.
