Job Description
S:US is seeking a Direct Support Professional (DSP) to support individuals with developmental disabilities in their daily living skills. This role involves providing skill development through community & classroom learning, leading group sessions, and managing progress reports. The position offers flexible scheduling, union benefits, and an internal promotion rate.
Requirements
- High School Diploma or GED
- Associates Degree preferred
- At least one year experience providing direct care services to adults with a developmental disability
- AMAP certification, SCIP-R training, CPR & First Aid certification
