Job Description
The Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) will coordinate all medical/psychiatric care and medications for residents in a Developmental Disabilities setting. This role involves assisting with training, resident care, medication administration, documentation, and ensuring regulatory compliance. The LPN will work closely with RN and Residence Manager to maintain a safe and supportive environment.
Requirements
- New York State License Nurse
- Specialized training in I/DD
- Excellent communication skills (verbal & written)
- Strong organizational and teamwork skills
- Proficiency in computer applications
- CPR and First Aid certification
