Licensed Practical Nurse

This role is for our UJIMA Program location in Harlem, a residential setting for individuals facing substance abuse. The Licensed Practical Nurse coordinates the medical management of participants’ issues to optimize health.

Requirements

• A minimum of two (2) years higher education with experience in working with the substance abuse/homeless population.
• Must have an LPN license.
• General counseling and communication skills a must
• Computer skills required knowledge of AWARDS, Word, Excel and Outlook
