Job Description
We are seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse for our men's shelter in Brooklyn. The LPN will work with a multi-disciplinary team to coordinate care for shelter residents and ensure they receive ongoing treatment in the community.
Requirements
- New York State Licensed Practical Nurse
- Experience working on a multi-disciplinary team
- Experience working with homeless population
- Bilingual English/Spanish preferred
