Job Description
The Maintenance Worker is responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and upkeep of assigned buildings, including minor repairs, exterior snow and ice removal, and special event assistance.
Requirements
- At least one year of maintenance & cleaning experience in a large residential or program setting
- Must possess good interpersonal skills
- Valid NY State Driver’s License
- Minimum one year experience working with mentally ill individuals within a residential or scatter-site program
- Air conditioner installation, lock and cylinder changes, smoke detector installation, etc.
