Provide quality cleanliness and oversight to assigned location. Maintain cleanliness in assigned areas within the facility. Carry out minor repairs and building maintenance throughout assigned areas of the facility.

Requirements

• Able to work weekends and evenings as needed
• Maintain cleanliness in assigned areas within the facility
• Carry out minor repairs and building maintenance throughout assigned areas of the facility
• Responsible for exterior snow and ice removal as well as upkeep of the ground
• Submit work orders as needed
• Order maintenance supplies as needed
• Assist Staff with special events
• Maintain building maintenance tools and machinery
• Assist in moving and storing program supplies, office furniture, office equipment, etc.
• Comply with all SUS Employee Policies, Procedures and Protocols
• Willing to assist when EMERGENCIES arise in the Facility
• Attend staff meetings, group supervision, and trainings as assigned
• Responds to consumer needs promptly, accurately and with courtesy and respect
• Represents the organization in a positive and appropriate manner to outside resources
• Supports the mission and values of SUS and draws attention to behavior that undermines group effectiveness or is inconsistent with core values
