Registered Nurse

The RN is a Registered Nurse providing supportive crisis stabilization care at the SCSC. Duties include medical assessments, medication management, documentation, and referral for required services. Work is Tuesday-Saturday, with weekend and evening shifts as needed. Overnights and weekends are also required.

Requirements

• Master’s in Nursing preferred, Bachelor’s required, with NYS RN license
• Knowledge of psychiatric disorders and chemical dependency preferred
• Ability to work independently and within a team
• Excellent written and verbal communication
• Assessment and case management
• Bilingual (Spanish/English) speaking preferred
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office
