Job Description
Services for the UnderServed is a leading provider of residential and support services for individuals with special needs. They are seeking a Shift Supervisor to monitor treatment, ensure consumer safety and respect for rights, and maintain facility operations. The role involves overseeing Program Specialists and handling client and agency funds.
Requirements
- Supervise and instruct Program Specialists on shift
- Maintain facility safety and condition (vehicle maintenance)
- Manage client and agency funds and expenditures
- Follow-up to medication administration
- Ensure appropriate communication
- Valid NYS driver’s license
