Job Description
S:US is seeking a Shift Supervisor to support people with intellectual/developmental disabilities in their living and work environments. This role focuses on ensuring needs are met, ensuring adherence to treatment plans, and maintaining a positive team environment. The Shift Supervisor will act as a role model and developer for both staff and clients, working collaboratively to improve lives and foster independence.
Requirements
- High School Diploma or approved equivalent.
- 2-3 years’ experience in Intellectual Disabilities/IDD or related field.
- Effective written and oral communication skills.
