Job Description
This Wellness Coaching position offers a fulfilling opportunity to help individuals with mental health challenges achieve community living. As a Wellness Coach, you'll build referral networks, conduct case management, and provide support in accessing community services. This is a great entry-level role within a non-profit social services organization.
Requirements
- Engage people with mental illness and assist them in accessing services.
- Conduct Group Meetings on Wellness Management.
- Complete service plan reviews and assessment of apartment and personal living space.
- Provide Case Management for residents.
- Computer literate in word processing and excellent writing capabilities.
