Front-end Software Engineer

Sustainment is looking for a Front-end Software Engineer to help build and maintain their AI-native software platform. The ideal candidate will have experience with React, Next.js, and AI-native interfaces, as well as a strong understanding of secure coding standards and practices.

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience with languages and frameworks such as: React & Typescript
• Bachelor's degree (computer science or related) or equivalent work experience
• Product-driven mindset with deep empathy for our customers and strong intuition for end-user experience and business value
