Purchase Assistant

The role involves close collaboration with project implementation and monitoring teams.

Requirements

• Understand real estate and construction procurement / services requirements
• Evaluate vendor and service providers
• Renew annual contracts for projects
• Raise purchase orders
• Monitor procurement and handle timely delivery
• Record purchases and maintain inventory
• Maintain proper records and update inventories
• Knowledge of Procure to Pay cycle
• Basic knowledge of Stores
• Conversant with GST
