Job Description
Swarm Aero is seeking a Materials & Process Engineer to help research and build processes suitable for high-rate production of aircraft structures. The team will work closely with the structures design team to incorporate design optimizations for high-volume production.
Requirements
- Research, test, and select appropriate material systems and processes for volume production of a large UAS
- Validate material properties through simulation and testing
- Design processes for structural component build and full-scale assembly
- Validate production processes through simulation and test
- Support the structures design team in design for manufacturability
