Mechanical Engineer, Propulsion Integration

Swarm Aero is redefining air power, building the largest swarming UAV and most versatile swarming aircraft network in the world. As a Mechanical Engineer focused on propulsion integration, you will own how our propulsion system physically and functionally integrates into the aircraft.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical or Aerospace Engineering (or related discipline)
• 5+ years of experience in propulsion integration, powerplant systems, or aircraft mechanical design
• Proficiency in 3D CAD (SolidWorks, NX, or CATIA) and GD&T fundamentals
• Strong understanding of structural design, vibration, and thermal environments typical of propulsion systems
• Experience working cross-functionally with manufacturing, suppliers, and test teams
• Hands-on experience with hardware integration, assembly, or flight testing
