Senior Organizational Change Management (OCM) Consultant will develop and execute enterprise-level change management strategies, conduct change impact and organizational readiness assessments, and drive adoption and behavioral change initiatives.
Requirements
- 11+ years of experience in Organizational Change Management
- Proven experience supporting enterprise transformation programs
- Strong background in operating model design and business transformation
- Experience working within PMO or large program environments
- Expertise in stakeholder management at executive level
- Strong facilitation, communication, and leadership skills
