SWBC is seeking a Compensation Analyst to administer the design, development, and implementation of compensation programs, policies, processes, and guidelines. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources or related field and 1-2 years of experience in compensation administration.
Requirements
- Conduct job analysis interviews with department leaders/managers to create compliant job descriptions
- Conduct job evaluations using data analysis techniques to assess results in market trends and internal equity
- Benchmark jobs against survey data and other market intelligence to determine competitive compensation ranges
- Gather and analyze data from market-based compensation surveys to provide market/equity reports
- Support the administration of incentive related programs, including merit, bonus, and equity
- Organize annual compensation survey participation and provide data for job evaluations
- Provide professional compensation guidance to management in salary planning
- Conduct research, analyze data, and prepare and present recommendations on compensation techniques, methods, and regulations
- Review new positions to determine FLSA status and evaluate existing positions for compliance
- Make recommendations for job structure and organizational changes
- Administer compensation programs, policies, processes, and guidelines for employees
- Conduct regular audits to maintain data integrity in Workday system
