The ideal candidate will be data-driven, analytical, and eager to experiment with new outbound strategies.

Requirements

• Build and manage cold outreach campaigns with Lemlist and ActiveCampaign
• Source and segment lead data using Apollo, Clay, or LinkedIn Sales Navigator
• Write, test, and optimize cold email sequences and follow-ups
• Track key metrics (open, reply, call-booked rates)
• Collaborate with leadership to refine ICPs and messaging
