Head of Devops

We're looking for a Head of DevOps to lead our DevOps team and drive the development and implementation of scalable, efficient, and secure infrastructure solutions. The ideal candidate will have experience in DevOps practices, including CI/CD pipeline management, cloud infrastructure optimization, performance monitoring, and automation.

Requirements

• 3+ years of team leadership experience, managing at least 5 DevOps Engineers and implementing team practices.
• Experience in operational management, including the establishment of annual team goals and driving performance improvements.
• Strong experience in DevOps practices, including CI/CD pipeline management, cloud infrastructure optimization, performance monitoring, and automation.
• Understanding of security best practices in DevOps, along with the ability to ensure compliance with relevant standards and regulations.
• Proficiency in English at a minimum level of B2.
