UI/UX Designer, New Grad

Requirements

• Strong obsession with Figma, including proof of systems and interactive prototypes
• Ability to reason about clarity, hierarchy, and error states under pressure
• Comfort designing complex, information-dense interfaces
• Willingness to learn SwiftUI and prototype in code when needed
• Startup urgency: independent, accountable, relentless execution
• U.S. Person status required (may involve export-controlled data)
