Director of Operations

The Director of Operations will lead and optimize manufacturing operations across Sweet Additions' Northwest Wisconsin facilities, specializing in oat, tapioca, and rice sweetener production.

Requirements

• Provide strategic leadership and oversight of all manufacturing operations
• Direct and mentor plant managers at each facility
• Develop and implement strategic initiatives to optimize production efficiency, reduce costs, and enhance product quality
• Ensure compliance with food safety regulations, industry standards, and company policies across all facilities
• Collaborate with executive leadership to align operational strategies with company goals and market demands
• Manage capital expenditure projects and resource allocation across facilities
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key suppliers, customers, and industry partners
• Lead sustainability initiatives and environmental compliance efforts
• Drive innovation in processing technologies and manufacturing methods
