Swickard Auto Group in Anchorage, AK is seeking a Service Manager to oversee all aspects of the service department. Responsibilities include customer service, team management, operational efficiency, financial management, and quality control. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership, communication, and automotive repair skills.

Requirements

• Demonstrates a high “HQ” (Hospitality Quotient) consisting of kindness & optimism, intellectual curiosity, work ethic, empathy, self-awareness, and integrity.
• 5+ years of experience in automotive service management.
• Valid driver's license.
• Knowledge of Reynolds & Reynolds DMS preferred.
• Strong leadership and management skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in automotive repair and maintenance procedures.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
