Growth Marketing Manager

Swimply is seeking a Growth Marketing Manager to drive experimentation, innovation, and data-driven growth. The role involves creating and executing campaigns, building new channels, and collaborating across teams to uncover unusual growth opportunities at a high speed. It's not a full-cycle management role but rather an opportunity to invent and scale growth efforts.

Requirements

• 5–7+ years in growth, brand, or marketing roles
• Proven ability to ideate and execute non-traditional campaigns
• Comfortable operating at both strategic and tactical levels
• Analytical thinking and data-driven decision making
• Creative risk-taking and resourcefulness
• Experience with two-sided marketplaces or community platforms (Bonus)
