Job Description
Swimply is an online marketplace connecting homeowners with local communities, currently at $50M in revenue. They are seeking a Senior Product Designer to lead design across the customer journey, focusing on conversion, growth, and storytelling. The role involves shaping the visual language and collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive user adoption and revenue.
Requirements
- 6-8+ years in product design
- Strong portfolio of consumer-facing experiences
- Proven ability to design for conversion, growth, and storytelling
- Fluency with design and prototyping tools (Figma, etc.) and analytics/experimentation tools (Mixpanel, Amplitude)
- Comfort in fast-paced startup environments
- Bias for shipping and iterating
