System Security Architect

Swisscom's DevOps Foundation Services Agile Release Train (ART) is seeking a System Security Architect to shape and drive the security strategy for core DevOps platforms used by thousands of developers. The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of experience in security architecture, DevSecOps, or related roles within complex IT environments, and strong hands-on know-how in DevOps practices, cloud and container security, IAM, application and infrastructure security, and network design.

Requirements

• 5+ years in security architecture, DevSecOps, or related roles within complex IT environments
• Strong hands-on know-how in DevOps practices, cloud and container security, IAM, application and infrastructure security, and network design
• Proven skills in threat modeling, pentesting, and risk assessment
• Demonstrated ability to communicate and coach multiple teams, influencing at both strategic and technical levels
• Excellent analytical and holistic thinking, with a proactive, self-driven attitude
• Relevant diplomas and certifications such as CISSP, CISM, CSSLP, or cloud-focused equivalents (e.g. AWS Security Specialty) are a plus
