Executive Vice President of Dental Services

Swope Health is seeking a dynamic and mission-driven Executive Vice President of Dental Services to lead our Dental division through an exciting phase of growth and innovation.

Requirements

• Supervises and directs the operations and the organization of the Dental Clinic
• Develops and monitors the dental departmental budget
• Interviews and hires dental personnel
• Responsible for clinical supervision of subordinate dental clinicians
• Plans, develops and implements dental health care plans and objectives
• Reviews and interprets dental statistical data
• Serves as Chairperson for the Dental Quality Improvement team
• Attends meetings and conferences
• Maintains liaisons with local, state and professional associations
• Performs various professional dental procedures
• Supervises the operation, processing and development of radiological equipment and film
• Reviews fee schedules and insurance claims
• Coordinates and oversees infection control surveillance
