IT Business Analyst - Banking

We are opening a Business Analyst position to strengthen our client's team based in Geneva. This position is part of a distributed environment where a development team ensures the maintenance and evolution of a portfolio of Back office and Front office applications.

Requirements

• Confirmed experience as a Business Analyst in complex environments
• Solid knowledge of the banking sector and its functional specifics
• Master's degree in a relevant field
• Minimum 7 years of experience in an equivalent role in a private bank
• Proven ability to work in a distributed environment with multiple stakeholders
• Excellent communication, writing, and animation skills
• Familiarity with UX design principles (prototyping and/or design)
• Good understanding of testing and technical support processes
• Active vigilance on market practices and technological evolutions
