Senior Commercial Counsel

Sword Health is seeking a Senior Commercial Counsel to advise their UK and European businesses on complex commercial contracts. The role involves providing legal guidance, managing risks, ensuring compliance, and driving the growth of their global impact. They are a rapidly growing startup valuing innovation, people, and impact on the healthcare space.

Requirements

• Qualified solicitor or barrister in England & Wales.
• 5–10 years’ post-qualification experience in a law firm or in-house legal role.
• Experience negotiating and drafting software/SaaS commercial contracts, license agreements, service agreements, and other commercial agreements.
• Solid experience providing in-house legal advice in a fast-paced start-up environment.
• Excellent drafting skills, attention to detail, and analytical capabilities.
• Strong communication and collaborative skills.
• Fluent in English (written and spoken).
• Proficiency in data security and AI regulations (a plus)
