We're looking for an HR Generalist to join our team. As an HR Generalist, you'll be responsible for recruiting, onboarding, payroll, benefits, and culture-building initiatives. You'll work with our dynamic team to transform the insurance landscape.
Requirements
- Previous recruiting experience, preferably in a start-up or small to mid-size growing company
- At least 3 years of recruiting experience
- Ability to build trusted relationships with all levels of people in an organization
- Associates or Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
- Advanced Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint skills
- Experience using video and chat technology (MSTeams & Slack)
- Comfortable learning and working across different technology platforms (BambooHR & ADP a plus)
