CNC Operator

The CNC Operator is responsible for programming and operating a CNC machine to build tools using 3D models. Reporting to the Machining Leader, the CNC Operator ensures first time quality and achieves time allowances for each job assigned.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Three (3) years of related experience operating CNC
• Three (3) years’ experience programming CNC machines (3-AXIS, MasterCam software is an asset)
• Ability to operate multiple machines at a time and work in a team environment
• Power mill experience
• Ability to perform under pressure and work independently
• Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines as required
• Ability to ensure quality standards are met
• Strong attention to detail and analytical skills
• Proficient in time management and communication skills
