SyBridge Technologies is seeking a Mold Maker to join their dynamic team at their Fitchburg location. As a Mold Maker, you will play a crucial role in ensuring quality is a priority each and every time, while also achieving deadlines and customer satisfaction.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent is required
• Ten (10) years of related experience as a mold maker
• Ability to perform under pressure and work independently
• Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines as required
• Ability to ensure quality standards are met
• Strong attention to detail is required
• Strong leadership, interpersonal, communication and relationship building skills
• Proficient in time management and communication skills
• Red Seal is an asset
