Mold Maker

We are seeking an experienced Mold Maker to join our team in Lakeshore, Ontario. The successful candidate will have a minimum of 10 years of experience in mold making and will be responsible for performing final inspections, assembling molds, and repairing molds used to mass produce plastic or metal components.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Ten (10) years of related experience as a mold maker
• Ability to perform under pressure and work independently
• Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines as required
• Ability to ensure quality standards are met
• Strong attention to detail
• Strong leadership, interpersonal, communication and relationship building skills
• Proficient in time management and communication skills
