We're looking for a results-driven SEO and Paid Search Specialist to join our in-house marketing team. This role is ideal for someone who thrives on both the strategic and tactical sides of performance marketing.
Requirements
- 5+ years of hands-on experience in SEO, paid search, and content marketing
- Demonstrated ability to build and scale integrated search strategies that drive measurable business results
- Advanced understanding of technical SEO, content strategy, and paid search performance optimization
- Proven success in writing and managing high-performing content aligned with SEO goals and user intent
- Deep expertise with tools such as Google Ads, Google Analytics, Search Console, SEMrush, Surfer SEO, Ahrefs, and emerging AI tools
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and translate it into actionable insights
- Experience managing cross-functional projects and collaborating with design, dev, and subject matter experts
- Excellent communication and presentation skills—able to clearly articulate strategy and performance to stakeholders
- Self-directed, highly organized, and comfortable owning projects from strategy through execution
- Familiarity with conversion rate optimization (CRO) and testing frameworks (A/B testing)
- Familiarity with CRO and landing page optimization tools (e.g., Unbounce, Optimizely)
- Background in Enterprise B2B SaaS, CCaaS, Secure Payments
