Job Description
Sydecar is hiring a Senior Product Manager to own core operational product areas, including deal operations, document management, and compliance workflows. The role requires 6+ years of product management experience, with ownership of complex or systems-heavy products, in regulated industries, preferably in private markets and alternative investments.

- 6+ years of product management experience
- Senior-level judgment with the ability to operate independently and drive large product areas
- Proven ability to deliver outsized impact by moving quickly and thoughtfully
- Experience in regulated industries, preferably in private markets and alternative investments
- Strong systems thinker with end-to-end ownership mindset
- Highly data-driven, with strong attention to detail and documentation
- Creative problem solver comfortable operating in ambiguity
- Experience in fast-moving or early-stage environments a plus
- Experience building document management systems, legal/compliance platforms, or internal operational systems a plus
- Experience with agentic AI and workflow automation a plus
