Decision Support - Junior Analyst

Sylndr is looking for a Decision Support Junior Analyst to support data-driven decision-making processes and maintain the integrity of their reporting environment. The role involves collecting and analyzing retail data, tracking KPIs, and developing data-driven recommendations.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field
• High level of accuracy in data handling and reporting
• Knowledge of data analysis tools and software (Excel or SQL)
• Basic understanding of key statistical concepts such as mean, median, standard deviation, correlation and regression
• Ability to analyze data to identify trends, correlations, and insights that can inform decision-making
• Ability to work effectively with diverse teams
• Ability to clearly communicate findings and recommendations to both technical and non-technical stakeholders
