Accounting Lead

We are seeking an Accounting Lead to own the day-to-day financial backbone of Symbolica, building a control environment that enables the business to scale cleanly across the US and internationally. The role involves managing the monthly close and reporting cadence, leading revenue accounting and recognition, and running audit and compliance execution.

Requirements

• 5+ years in accounting or finance with controller or senior accounting ownership at a scaling company
• Strong international exposure across multi-entity and cross-border operations
• Deep knowledge of US GAAP and practical revenue recognition experience
• Operationally sharp and systems-oriented
• Calm, low ego leader who can manage a team and external partners
