Symbolica is hiring a Technical Program Manager to lay the foundations of a new Program function. The role involves establishing core planning, delivery, and deployment practices across engineering and product teams to drive the product toward customer-ready, scalable solutions.
Requirements
- 5+ years as a Technical Program Manager in complex, deeply technical domains
- Proven capability to take complex technical projects from concept to product-ready state
- Deep expertise in various sprint methodologies
- Strong communicator able to translate between engineering, product, and leadership perspectives
- Customer-oriented, collaborative, and proactive
