Commissioning Manager (Mexico)

Symbotic is seeking a Commissioning Manager to manage the commissioning of robotic cells, oversee the installation and testing of automated systems, and lead a team of site leaders and technicians. The Commissioning Manager will be responsible for planning and maintaining schedules, coordinating with cross-functional teams, and ensuring compliance with safety regulations and customer requirements.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in electrical engineering or automated production management
• Minimum of 7 years' experience as a team leader in automated commissioning systems
• Experience with PLC (Allen Bradley), Robot (ABB, Fanuc), Industrial networking (Ethernet/IP), or Operator interface (Panel View Plus)
• Ability to manage multiple tasks, document procedures, and provide leadership and guidance to resolve problems
• Successful experience in reading electrical plans and troubleshooting automated systems
• Self-starter individuals with a willingness to learn and take on increased responsibility
