Senior Systems Engineer

The Senior Systems Engineer will lead the creation of structured intake mechanisms and bridge customer needs, leadership vision, and technical execution to accelerate delivery while maintaining quality.

Requirements

• Minimum of 8 years' experience in Systems Engineering
• B.S. in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering or Computer Science. Masters or MBA preferred
• Proven effectiveness in engineering leadership
• Strong ability to translate abstract ideas and business goals into structured engineering requirements
• Familiarity with systems engineering processes, product lifecycle management, and verification/validation frameworks
• Demonstrated success in cross-functional collaboration, especially in bridging technical and non-technical teams
• Excellent organizational and communication skills; able to synthesize complex information for diverse audiences
