Job Description
We have an exciting opportunity to join our benefits team as a Healthcare Data Analyst! The role involves reviewing and analyzing medical and pharmacy claims data to identify claims risk necessary to optimize the underwriting process. The position will also be responsible for creating and defining best practice standards for reviewing, analyzing and providing claims experience overview to the underwriters, nurses and management.
Requirements
- Review and analyze medical and pharmacy claims data
- Create and define best practice standards for reviewing and analyzing claims data
- Coordinate with relevant departments to determine areas for analysis and metrics
