Investment Analyst - Hybrid

Join Symetra as an Investment Analyst, Multi-Sector, and support the continued growth of Symetra Investment Management's (SIM) investment portfolio. This is a hybrid work role based in Farmington, Connecticut, with a salary range of $93,900 – $156,600 plus eligibility for an annual bonus program.

Requirements

• B.S. degree in economics, finance, mathematics or other suitable field with appropriate quantitative skills/background.
• 2-5 years of relevant experience in a multi-sector investment analyst role, preferably within the insurance or asset management industry.
• Strong interest and experience in financial markets, preferably across fixed income markets (public and private)
• Proficiency in Microsoft Suite and in Python/SQL or other coding languages.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
