Trading Desk Operations Manager

Sympower is quickly scaling its flexible asset trading and optimization platform in Europe. We are looking for a Trading Desk Operations Manager to lead and grow our backoffice operations, settlements, and invoicing processes. The successful candidate will ensure accurate and timely settlement of our growing portfolio across multiple markets while building scalable systems and processes.

Requirements

• Solid experience in European power market settlements, including spot, intraday, balancing and imbalance processes (Nord Pool experience preferred)
• Strong accuracy and attention to detail in reconciliation and validation task
• Confidence working with numbers, data and structured procedures
• Good understanding of market documentation, settlement rules and TSO requirements
• Ability to communicate clearly and collaborate with trading, finance, and other internal teams
• Organized and reliable working style with a focus on consistency, compliance and deadlines
• Positive attitude toward improving existing processes and standardizing back-office workflows
• Some experience supporting or coaching colleagues in an operations team (formal or informal leadership)
