Lead Engineer - Cybersecurity Incident Response (Cluster CISO Office)

This Lead Engineer role supports cyber incident management for a cluster across multiple institutions, cybersecurity exercises, and oversight of the Security Operations Center (SOC). The role involves developing incident response plans, coordinating with stakeholders, responding to incidents, assessing and classifying security incidents, and ensuring incident readiness. It also involves participation in government exercises.

Requirements

• At least 6-8 years of cybersecurity incident response experience
• Strong communication skills and writing skills
• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple parties
• Cybersecurity incident response related certifications (GCIH, GCFA, GRID, GCIA)
