Senior Executive - Business Analyst (NEHR)

This Senior Executive - Business Analyst position focuses on bridging the gap between business users and technical teams to ensure effective requirement translation. The role involves gathering, analyzing, and validating business needs, supporting operational workflows, and ensuring successful system implementation and ongoing support of applications. It's a 2-year Direct Contract position.

Requirements

• Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather, document, and validate requirements.
• Translate business needs into clear functional specifications.
• Work closely with technical teams to ensure accurate system design.
• Support SIT and UAT by preparing test scenarios, coordinating activities, and managing defect resolution.
• Monitor system performance and resolve incidents/implement improvements.
• Assist in developing SOPs and user guides.
• Participate in system enhancement projects.
• Act as a liaison between business units and vendors.
