Professional qualifications such as CPA, ACCA, or similar credentials. Experience with additional analytics tools such as Power BI, Python, or SQL for enhanced data manipulation and analysis.

- Strong academic background in Finance, Accounting, or related field with 4-6 years of progressive experience in financial planning and analysis roles
- Demonstrated expertise in financial reporting, budgeting, and variance analysis within complex organisational environments
- Advanced proficiency in Tableau for dashboard creation and data visualisation, with ability to translate business requirements into compelling visual narratives
- Strong analytical mindset with excellent problem-solving capabilities and attention to detail
- Experience working with large datasets and advanced Excel skills including pivot tables, macros, and financial modelling
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills with ability to influence internal and external stakeholders
- Demonstrated resilience and adaptability in fast-paced, changing environments with competing priorities
- Self-motivated individual who takes initiative and drives results independently whilst contributing effectively to team objectives
