Senior Executive - Finance Business Partner (Finance)

The candidate should be well-experienced with SAP financial systems and integration capabilities. The candidate should ideally come from a background in healthcare or technology sectors with understanding of industry-specific financial challenges. Professional qualifications such as CPA, ACCA, or similar credentials. Experience with additional analytics tools such as Power BI, Python, or SQL for enhanced data manipulation and analysis.

Requirements

• Strong academic background in Finance, Accounting, or related field with 4-6 years of progressive experience in financial planning and analysis roles
• Demonstrated expertise in financial reporting, budgeting, and variance analysis within complex organisational environments
• Advanced proficiency in Tableau for dashboard creation and data visualisation, with ability to translate business requirements into compelling visual narratives
• Strong analytical mindset with excellent problem-solving capabilities and attention to detail
• Experience working with large datasets and advanced Excel skills including pivot tables, macros, and financial modelling
• Exceptional communication and presentation skills with ability to influence internal and external stakeholders
• Demonstrated resilience and adaptability in fast-paced, changing environments with competing priorities
• Self-motivated individual who takes initiative and drives results independently whilst contributing effectively to team objectives
