Job Description
At Synechron, we harness the power of digital transformation to drive business success. We are hiring a Java Software Engineer to play a crucial role in building Java-based web applications for clients in the financial and insurance domains.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in Java web development
- Proficient in Java, Spring Boot, Spring Framework, and microservices architecture
- Strong understanding of the SDLC process
- Knowledgeable in relational databases, such as MySQL (MariaDB)
- Experience with version control systems, such as Git or SVN
- Proven experience in tech leadership, mentoring, and guiding teams through code reviews
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- Fluency in English
