Job Description
Synectic Solutions is seeking a Warfighting Readiness Management Analyst to support their customer at Patuxent River Naval Air Station in Lexington Park, MD. The role involves applying analytical techniques to evaluate program objectives, managing resources, and maintaining documentation. Synectic Solutions is a growing government contracting agency committed to continuous improvement and employee growth.
Requirements
- Active DoD Secret Clearance and must be a US Citizen
- MA/MS Degree from an accredited college or university
- At least 10 years of recent and relevant experience in management, technical or business analysis disciplines
- Must have NAVAIR experience
- Prior NAVAIR experience within a Government Acquisition IPT (Production, Training, aircraft readiness activities) is a plus
- Prior experience conducting H-1 training systems is a plus
