Job Description
Synergy is seeking a Junior ServiceNow Developer to help configure and customize the ServiceNow system. This involves creating workflows, building service requests, and working with IT managers to generate reports and monitor system health. The role requires independent learning and a strong desire to grow within the cybersecurity industry.
Requirements
- Requires a Bachelor's degree in a technical discipline.
- 5 years of experience may be substituted for a Bachelor's degree.
- JavaScript proficiency.
- Understanding of ServiceNow.
- 5 years of DoD 8570 Compliance (CAP, GSLC, Security +).
- TS/SCI clearance and client polygraph required.
