Job Description
Synergy ECP is a leading provider of cybersecurity, software and systems engineering and IT services to the U.S. intelligence and defense communities. They are seeking a Software Integration Engineer to develop software tools and services in a PaaS Linux environment supporting an ‘on-prem’ cloud offering with open source software. The company emphasizes excellence, customer focus, and agility.
Requirements
- Integrate, install, configure, upgrade, compile, and support COTS/GOTS software.
- Generate documentation for the full software stack.
- Update software for sustainment support.
- Working knowledge of CM tools, web documentation, and issue tracking.
- Experience with Linux CLI, Bash/Python scripting, compute/network/memory/storage system knowledge.
- Experience with IaC principles and automation tools (SaltStack, Puppet, Ansible).
- In-depth experience with Linux Clusters & troubleshooting
- Demonstrated experience using system monitoring tools (Prometheus/Grafana)
- Experience using Docker
- Experience administrating/monitoring Kubernetes clusters
- Experience using Atlassian Tool Suite (JIRA, Confluence)
- Experience with Git for version control
